Oukitel C3 has been generating lots of waves in the market space ever since it was released. It is a cheap highly built Smartphone that was released early 2016. It is a $50 dollar Smartphone that comes with a stunning design and a marshmallow operating system. It has some wonderful features that make it an interesting device. Let us look at them.
For the Oukitel C3, there is no premium fabrication such as metallic casing yet, the design is impressive. The casing is built reasonably well. The rear of the phone features a diamond inspired design. The back cover is removable and it covers also the sides of the phone.
The volume and power keys are to the right of the device, the micro USB slot and the headphone jack is at the top. A loudspeaker is positioned towards the bottom right corner of the Smartphone’s back side and a microphone is placed on the bottom edge, while the rear camera is centered at the top with an LED flash next to it.
The Oukitel C3 features a 5-inch IPS LCD screen with 720p resolution, which translates to 294 pixels per inch.
The Oukitel C3 device comes with a quad-core MTK6580A CPU with the clock speeds of up 1.3GHz. It is considered as one of the first Smartphone to be powered by the new MediaTek MTK66580A quad core chip. It has a RAM of 1GB only. Considering the size of the RAM it will be typically expected that the functionality of the device in terms of playing games and multitasking will be poor. This concept doesn’t hold for the device as its functionality is excellent. It has 8GB of memory that is expandable.
Oukitel C3 has a battery capacity of 200mAh of average performance. This is unlike other Oukitel phones which are know to have large capacity battery, like the Oukitel K10000 Max which has a massive 10,000mAh battery.
The rear camera of Oukitel C3 is 5 mega pixel and can be interpolated to 8mp using the Main photo module — megapixel, software. The front camera is 0.3 mega pixel and can also be interpolated to 2 mp. The camera has autofocus and flash (Also a single LED flash).
The device supports 2G and 3G networks only. It also has a wireless module Wi-Fi, 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth flash
There you have it. This innovative device is specially created for those who need low budgets device and still want to benefit some of the utilities associated with high end devices. It’s a device worth the $50 price tag.
