For those who are not familiar with Oukitel and the Oukitel K10000 Max, Oukitel is a Chinese phone company that is renowned for producing strong and durable smartphones with large battery capacity at an affordable price.
Their large battery phones are mostly in the K series with the likes of K6000 and K3 being in the mix.
Although they are not one of the top 6 phone brands in Nigeria, their products are quite popular amongst Nigerians.
Oukitel K10000 Max is one of their latest and it has a lot to offer.
One of the main talking point of the smartphone is the massive 10,000 mAh battery it comes with. 10,000 mAh battery is not entirely new to Oukitel phones as this has been seen in the likes of Oukitel K10000 and Oukitel K10000 Pro, but that of the K10000 Max is different as it is built by Coslight Group – a company that has supplied battery to the likes of Huawei, ZTE, ENVADA and many other to phone brands.
The smartphone is also IP68 certified for both water and dust resistance.
Oukitel K1000 Pro is really a rugged phone, featuring shockproof as well and can literally stand on any of its four sides.
The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and feature a 5.5″ FHD LCD display, 3/32GB RAM/ROM and MT6753 Octa-Core processor.
In a recent YouTube video released by Oukitel, the smartphone was compared to iPad Mini 4 and iPhone 7 Plus in terms of battery and the K1000 Max’s battery crushed the batteries of the two Apple phones.
After 3 hours of heavy usage (video chat, video playback, and video recording), the iPhone 7 Plus and iPad Mini 4 went off but the Oukitel K10000 Max had an impressive 77% battery remaining. Clearly the Apple phones mentioned here are no match for the Oukitel K10000 Max’s battery.
